  •  What types of products do you offer?* We offer a range of baby toys and accessories made of textiles and wood. This includes rattles, comforters, developmental toys, crib mobiles, as well as decorative items for the baby's room.
  • Are your products safe for babies?* Yes, your baby's safety is our top priority. All our products meet European safety standards (EN71) and are made from non-toxic materials, without harmful chemicals. The wood used is treated to be smooth and splinter-free, and our textiles are soft and hypoallergenic.
  • What materials do you use for your products?* Our products are mainly made from natural wood and OEKO-TEX certified organic cotton textiles. We choose these materials for their durability, softness, and respect for the environment.
  • How do I place an order?* You can place an order directly on our website. Add the desired items to your cart, then follow the secure checkout process. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal.
  • Do you offer customization options?* Yes, some of our products can be personalized with your baby's name or specific colors. You will find the customization option on the relevant product page. Please note that personalized items may require a longer processing time.  
  • What are the delivery times?* Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery can take 5-10 business days depending on your location. Personalized items may take a little longer.
  • Do you ship internationally?* Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination country. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • What is your return policy?* You can return non-personalized items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and unused. Personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.
  • Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?* If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
