Yes, your baby's safety is our top priority. All our products meet European safety standards (EN71) and are made from non-toxic materials, free of harmful chemicals. The wood we use is treated to be smooth and splinter-free, and our textiles are soft and hypoallergenic.

Our products are primarily made from natural wood and OEKO-TEX certified organic cotton textiles. We choose these materials for their durability, softness, and environmental friendliness.

How can I place an order?*

Do you offer customization options?*

Yes, some of our products can be personalized with your baby's name or specific colors. You'll find the personalization option on the relevant product page. Please note that personalized items may require a longer processing time.  

What are the delivery times?*

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery may take between 5 and 10 business days depending on your region. Personalized items may take a little longer.

Do you ship internationally?*

What is your return policy?*

You can return non-personalized items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and unused. Personalized items are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I've placed it?*

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
