  • Do you offer customization options?* Yes, some of our products can be personalized with your baby's name or specific colors. You will find the customization option on the relevant product page. Please note that personalized items may require a longer processing time.

  • What is your return policy?* You can return non-personalized items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and unused. Personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
